Open channel UV disinfection system has a wide range of applications. According to the number of lamps on the module and the number of modules, it can be applied to water disinfection in different water volumes and different fields.

The large open channel UV disinfection system is mainly suitable for large and medium-sized sewage treatment plants. The treated water volume ranges from 1,000 cubic meters to 10,000 cubic meters per hour.

The small open channel UV disinfection system is suitable for a wide range of applications: small sewage treatment plants, aquaculture, residential areas, water reuse, beverage/food plants, hospital sewage treatment, pharmaceutical plants, semiconductor/electronics plants, etc. The treated water volume is 10 cubic meters to 1 thousand cubic meters per hour.

Flexible configuration

The UV system is flexible and versatile, and the optimal disinfection solution can be designed according to the customer's specific conditions of use and engineering budget.

Modular design

UV modules are available in both vertical and horizontal versions. The arrangement direction of the vertical module lights is parallel to the direction of the water flow in the open channel, and the arrangement direction of the horizontal module lights is perpendicular to the direction of the water flow in the open channel.

Each channel consists of one or more sets of UV modules.

Each UV module consists of 2 to 12 lamps.

UV lamp technology

High quality UV lamp for long life.

The type of lamp can be selected from low-voltage lamps, low-voltage high-intensity lamps, and amalgam lamps.

An integrated germicidal lamp with an electronic ballast can be selected.

Simple installation

The system can be installed in concrete drains or in stainless steel drains.

Optional control system

Manual or automatic switch control can be selected, and the module has an audible and visual alarm function to display the running status of the lamp.

An ultraviolet monitoring system can be equipped to automatically control the UV radiation intensity of the UV lamp.

Cleaning system

The surface of the lamp tube can be cleaned manually, or a fully automatic cleaning lamp unit can be installed. Continue to run the sterilization system during automatic cleaning without having to turn off the tube
